What is the Slim Thick Plan? The Slim Thick plan is for women and men looking to build a better and healthier image through healthy weight gain and exercise. We include tips on meal plans, supplements, workout plans and at home exercises.

How do I track my package? You should receive your tracking number within 1 to 3 business days. Also, please allow the post office 1 to 2 business days to scan your package. Once you receive your tracking number, you can track your package on www.USPS.com.

I got my tracking # but it shows unavailable what do I do? Tracking numbers show unavailable until the post office makes their first scan. Sometimes high volume companies don’t get immediate scans because the post office might be under-staffed and in that case packages are picked up in bulk with no scan until it reaches a regional processing facility. Usually, thereafter the package will be scanned once it’s in route. You can track your package on www.USPS.com.

 

When am I going to receive my package? We process all our orders within 1 to 3 business days and ship out via USPS Priority Mail. Orders within the U.S. usually take 3 to 4 business days, not including holidays or weekends. PLEASE BE ADVISED WE ARE CLOSED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. If you place an order on Friday it will not get processed until Monday. In addition, during holidays please be mindful shipping time frames are increased.
